What is your return Policy?
We accept returns up to 30 days (unless specified different) on resalable conditioned products ONLY. Products must not be used or damaged. *Manager discretion applies.
*All Clearance items are FINAL SALE
What if my product arrives damaged?
For damaged products: You have 2 days from the time of delivery to submit your claim.
Step 1: take photos of damaged material inside package/box. *Please have clear photos (preferably 2 or more angles).
Step 2: Send an email to agibson@imperialcandlelight.com along with description of issue, name, contact info and order number.
Step 3: Wait for a response and instructions before sending back product (if required). *Response usually takes place up to 48 hours.
Step 4: After reviewing the claim, a member of our team will respond with a conclusion.
Are your products safe?
Yes. Our candles have been tested for quality and safety purposes. We strongly recommend that you follow the “Candle Care” guidelines for your candles and adhere to all warning labels on your respective products. You can find this information on this website and products beneath the jar as well.
*Please ensure that all steps are taken to have a safe, successful, and healthy burn.
I can not smell my candle throughout the room.
Be mindful of the space of the room you’re in. Make sure the candle size complements it. For example: A larger, open space room will require a bigger candle size (usually 2 or 3 wicked). Our 12oz Square Libbey Jar, 3 wicked Heart Shaped Glass Jar, 3 wicked Round Glass Bowl etc., will do the trick.
A 7oz candle will not fill up a large room but it will scent the area it is occupying.
For bathrooms, we recommend our 4oz one wick candles. Any other size higher than that will work as well but be sure not to overpower your space.
*Smaller candles can be used for small closed in spaces while larger and multi wicked candles can go for bigger spaces for a better scent throw.
